PsyOps, P.C. serves as an intermediary company for the application of psychiatry (assessment, diagnosing, medication management, and coordination of care) and psycho-therapeutic services (individual, group, family counseling, and psychoeducation). Services are offered through the delivery of telecommunications technology (videoconferencing).

Supplied personnel are licensed in the state where the patient receives therapy. Services provided are subject to the terms and conditions of each insurance carrier but may include individual, family, couples, and group counseling.

PsyOps, P.C. therapists have flexible schedules and will work with your organization to schedule services. Counseling can be conducted on a weekly basis or frequency can be modified depending on your specific needs.

Clinics & Practices
Telemental Health Counseling Services
PsyOps, P.C. provides master's level counselors and therapists who are independently licensed to organizations, group practices, businesses, schools, institutions, and other therapeutic settings. In-home counseling may also be a possibility, but this service is only available to persons whose insurance will cover telemental health services when they are provided at home.

Telephonic Consults
A designated practitioner speaks over the phone about the patient's current symptoms and potential course of therapy. At the end of the consultation, the practitioner gives a summary of the objectives to meet treatment objectives.
On Call Coverage
PsyOps, P.C. has contracts with psychiatric and medical/surgical hospitals, emergency rooms, community mental health centers, and detention facilities to offer telephonic on-call coverage. We provide a range of pricing plans, including hourly and daily rates. It is the responsibility of PsyOps, P.C. to hire practitioners, provide them with technical training, offer 24/7 coverage, professional liability insurance, purchase and maintain the interactive televideo communication tools and software they use, and obtain the paperwork necessary for the practitioners to obtain credentials from institutions, facilities, and payers.
Video Consults
There are two (2) choices available to patients for medical consultation. The designated practitioner can decide if the patient is better served through a face-to-face (FTF) evaluation with the consulting practitioner through:

Routine Telepsychiatry Consults – The attending practitioner or another medical professional may seek a video consultation between the consulting practitioner and a patient who requires additional evaluation. Patients who have already been admitted to the hospital commonly participate in consultations, which happen within a predetermined time frame. The consulting practitioner then provides a written evaluation to the inquiring practitioner.

Emergent Telepsychiatry Consults – The consulting practitioner can elect to have an additional evaluation with the designated patient via video consultation. This can also be requested through the attending practitioner or other medical professionals. Consultations take place during a predetermined time and generally involve patients who arrive at the emergency room. The attending practitioner will be provided a written evaluation by the consulting practitioner.

PsyOps, P.C. will ensure pre-establish response times and submittal of documentation is within designated parameters.
Work Process
HOW WE WORK?
Medication Management
A psychiatrist or a psychiatric APRN can provide medication management as part of their therapy services. After the patient has undergone a mental evaluation and is determined to require this service, the practitioner will further evaluate:

prescribing medication when clinically indicated,

providing the prescription through appropriate pharmacy channels

ongoing medical monitoring and evaluation related to the patient's use of psychotropic medication.

Tele-mental Health requires the use of a patient portal for communication with your healthcare team
